CNC Mill/Turn Setter‑Operator - Full‑Time, Permanent

Our long‑standing precision‑engineering firm is looking for an experienced CNC turner or miller to join the team. You’ll be running Nakamura machines with Fanuc controls to produce low‑volume, high‑accuracy metal parts while keeping quality and reliability front‑and‑center.

Main duties
- Set up and operate CNC turning and/or milling centres.
- Produce components to tight tolerances and exact specifications.
- Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Perform in‑process checks to ensure consistent quality.
- Help keep production flowing smoothly.

What you bring
- At least three years’ CNC turning or milling experience.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and solid problem‑solving skills.
- Reliable, proactive and committed to high‑quality output.
