**Endur Business Analyst**

Inside IR35 - Remote working

We are currently working with a leading Energy organisation to hire multiple Business Analysts with Endur / ETRM / CTRM experience. You must have experience of Endur/ETRM or CTRM to be considered.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Creation of your workstreams business analysis deliverables
- Assessing the associated risks, feasibility, opportunities, benefits and wider business impacts of various solution options
- Document and report issues to workstream leads Coaching and mentoring of more junior members of the business analysis team
- Generating innovative approaches to existing problems or new opportunities
- Stakeholder management - building relationships and work closely with key business stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical solutions.

**Experience**:

- Track record of Business Analysis in the Energy Industry
- Experience in shaping processes and solutions, including capturing business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements
- Demonstratable stakeholder management skills, working with stakeholders at different levels in the organization and confident providing legitimate challenge
- Experience working in Agile project delivery is a plus
- CCBA or PMI-PBA or similar certification is also a plus
- Experience about Endur gateway setup and configurations along with the gateway specific plugin development
- Supported multiple commodities in Endur such as LNG, Crude oil, Natural gas, Coal and Power.
- Proficient in Endur configurations, Scrittura, JVS and AVS scripting.

**Energy Trading Experience
- Experience of energy trading markets, with a strong understanding of one of the following markets considered an advantage:

- European Power, European Gas and/or Environmental products
- A working knowledge of different trading instruments, including:

- OTC transactions - Including forwards, swaps, and simple options
- Exchange traded futures & options lifecycle including cascading
- Detailed knowledge of at least one of the following functional areas:

- Trade capture - complex deal modelling and pricing
- Market Risk
- Risk Valuation
- Back-Office processes
- Accounting processes
- As a BA you’ll have SME knowledge of either one the commodities or one of the functional areas detailed above.

**ETRM/CTRM experience
- Endur skills and knowledge are essential
- Hands-on configuration experience of Endur is considered an advantage
- ETRM system and trade / reference / master data migration experience is also an advantage.
