In the south west we currently have Young people’s residential homes across parts of Cornwall, across Devon and into Somerset and Dorset, we look after young people between the ages of 11 - 17 years with complex and varying behaviours. Your passions have the potential to enhance our young people’s experience within Cambian, this will in turn develop their skills in resilience, team building, leadership, communication, building confidence and supporting their goals for independent living. You will provide support to young people who may be struggling to settle into their routines, this would include checking on the child’s welfare throughout your shifts and providing any required support in line with their care plans. Duties may also involve, general household tasks and completing administration work. This package of care, which you will play an important part, is aimed to support the development and the mental wellbeing of the children in our care.
