**GRADUATE TEACHING ASSISTANT**

Tempest Education are seeking for passionate and motivated graduates to embark on their journey into education and work at some of London's best schools. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside excellent teacher, develop skills that can be used for a future teaching career, and make a difference to student’s achievement. This primary school are looking for an aspiring teacher who has a passion to work with children within education.

**MAIN RESPONSABILTIES**
- Supervise and provide particular support for identify students, in 1:1, group or whole class of situations, ensuring their safety and access to learning
- Assist in the development of appropriate resourcing, schemes of work and teaching strategies
- Working alongside the primary teacher to ensure the support for each identified student’s learning needs
- Provide detailed and regular feedback to teacher on student’s achievement, progress and needs
- Promoting in class engagement and good behaviour
- Working 1:1 with a child who is challenging
- Work closely with the SENCO leader

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- A relevant degree or TA qualification
- Recent or previous experience working with children
- Are reliable and hold a great attendance and punctuality record
- Strong/Good knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
- Understand how to work with SEN pupils
- Clear Enhanced DBS check (Update service)
- Professional References

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30am-3:30/4:30pm
- £75- £105 per day
- Flexible schedule
- Primary Schools in Brent/Harrow
- Must be eligible to work in UK
