**Hours**:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Wednesday: 9:00am - 7:00pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Due to the upcoming **Renter Reform Bill**, we are looking for a proactive and experienced **Lettings Administrator** to join our dynamic and busy estate agency. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a market-leading, independent company that values its team and strives to provide an outstanding service to both landlords and tenants.
**About the Role**:
As a Lettings Administrator, you will often be the first point of contact for our clients. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, professional, and eager to play a key role in the continued success of our agency.
This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and manage all tenancy documentation and ensure legal compliance
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and third parties to progress lettings and resolve queries
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, including logging, tracking, and resolving maintenance issues promptly
- Work closely with contractors and suppliers to arrange repairs and ensure completion to a high standard
- Register applicants and arrange property viewings
- Match applicants to suitable properties and encourage second viewings
- Provide feedback to landlords and maintain accurate records on our system
- Undertake property viewings when required to support the team
**About You**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings
- Previous administrative experience within an estate agency
- Strong local knowledge is an advantage
- Confident, articulate, and passionate about delivering great customer service
- Organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient with estate agency software systems
- Full UK driving licence is essential
