**Citadel Source** is partnering with a successful well-known company based in the Bristol area to recruit an experienced **Payroll Clerk** to join their payroll team.

**The role**

In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in managing and administering rewards programs, supporting payroll operations, and helping shape the future of in-house payroll management.

**About you**

To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in a similar position and a strong understanding of payroll. You will be detail-oriented, and organised and have strong communication skills.

**As an Payroll Assistant, your role will include but not limited to**:

- Monthly payroll administration support to include new starters, leavers and benefit changes
- Update and maintain the benefits portal
- Assist with year end transactions including P60's etc
- Monitoring the payroll inbox and acting on queries and escalation
- Any other payroll duties as required
- Assist the Payroll Manager in aligning outsourced payrolls and integrating them in-house

- A salary level up to £33kp/a
