**WordPress Developer - Full Remote / Work From Home**

**Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum.**

We're excited to be working with an incredible software development agency specialising in online education platforms, working with clients all over the world to help them deliver user-friendly online training to millions of learners.
Over their history they've worked with numerous exciting clients across a wide range of specialisms from tech giants such as Google, to smaller dog training companies, NFTs and Hollywood FX companies.

**What We're Looking For**:
Over time, they're looking to reduce reliance on contract/freelance developers, so the company is looking to really invest in the successful Developer. Future prospects include eventually becoming a Lead Developer so any experience being the main dev ona project is a huge bonus.

In return, they'll invest in you, providing you with the opportunity to advance your own skills through training, talks, conferences and events.

**What You'll Do**:

- Convert UX/UI designs into pixel perfect developed templates, implementing new features and functionality.
- Develop and manage the website back-end, including database and server integration.
- Collaborating closely with other front and backend developers both internally and externally for integration projects.
- Collaborating with clients and helping the team through scoping/planning workshops.
- Consultancy with our clients to help them improve their learning technology.

**What You'll Have**:

- At least 3 years of commercial experience with Django, React and WordPress/PHP.
- Strong experience in creating commercial WordPress based websites and building bespoke WordPress themes.
- Demonstrable experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbally.
- Agency style background.
- Experience with AWS / light DevOps experience (non-essential as training can be provided).

**Bonus Points For**:

- Graphic Design Experience.
- Experience using React Native and/or Angular
- Experience using other CMS platforms.
- Experience working with education/e-learning clients.
