Our client is a long established and very well-respected Insurance provider who have an excellent reputation within their market. They are looking to expand their Risk function and are recruiting the role of Enterprise Risk Manager, reporting directly tothe Head of ERM. In this role you will support the Head of ERM in ensuring the Enterprise Risk Management Framework remains aligned to the corporate strategy and is consistently implemented across the group.

Responsibilities & requirements

This includes embedding the emerging risk framework, supporting the on-going development of the stress and scenario testing framework, and continually improving our risk MI through data analytics.

In addition, you will play a lead role in the ORSA process and reporting. The Enterprise Risk Management team falls within the remit of the Chief Risk Officer and works closely with all areas of the risk function and wider business.

You will possess a strong knowledge of enterprise risk management processes and procedures within the financial services.

You will have an understanding of best practice in Enterprise Risk Management in addition to knowledge of relevant legislation, insurance market environment and awareness of emerging market developments.
