Bluestones is happy to announce they are working in Partnership with DFDS logistics and due to increase in business they have a requirement for immediate start warehouse Operatives

Hours Shifts can vary Days and night pickers required

Shifts time are as follows

06:30am - 14:30pm 08:30am - 16:30pm 10:30am - 18:30pm

Please note weekend work will be required

Location Duncrue

**Salary Dayshift £12.21 and Nightshift £14.66phr**

**Please note this Role will be working 50% in chill and 50% in Ambient**

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer specifications.
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles and storage areas.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy of orders.
- Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring that stock is stored correctly.
- Utilize the warehouse management system for tracking inventory levels and order statuses.
- Perform heavy lifting as necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.

**Experience**
- Previous experience would be Advantageous
- Familiarity with materials handling and warehouse operations is advantageous.
- Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment operation is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
