**Job Description** Restaurant Team Member - Potters Resorts Five Lakes**

As the days grow cooler and the evenings draw in, Potters Resorts Five Lakes is inviting passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a **Restaurant Team Member**. Set in the heart of the Essex countryside, our resort provides the perfect backdrop to create unforgettable dining experiences while working in a welcoming, team-focused environment.

We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and hardworking individuals to help us deliver exceptional service. Whether you’re experienced in hospitality or looking to start your journey, we value a positive attitude and a genuine passion for great service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Customer Service**: Provide warm, attentive service to guests, greeting them with a smile and ensuring every dining experience is memorable.
- ** Food & Beverage Service**: Serve meals and drinks efficiently, keeping our guests comfortable and well looked after throughout their visit.
- ** Maintaining Cleanliness**: Keep tables, dining areas, and service stations spotless and ready for guests, ensuring hygiene and presentation standards are always met.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and clear communication.
- ** Health & Safety**: Follow all food handling, cleanliness, and safety standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

**Hours**:
This is a **part-time position**, working **20-30 hours per week**.

You will work every **Friday dinner service**, **split shifts Saturday & Sunday**, and **Monday breakfast service**.

**Split shifts (3 per day, on weekends)**:

- Breakfast: 08:15 - 11:30
- Lunch: 12:15 - 15:00
- Dinner: 18:15 - 22:00

**Rates of Pay**:

- £12.21 per hour (Aged 21+)
- £10.00 per hour (Aged 18-20)

Please note: Due to our location, applicants must have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle, as we are not accessible by public transport.

**Qualifications** What We’re Looking For**:

- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Previous waiting experience is great, but not essential - we can train you
- The ability to work well under pressure and keep things running smoothly.
- Flexibility to work weekends, and bank holidays.
- A team player who’s keen to pitch in and help whenever needed.
