**Position Overview**

The processes that Praxair Surface Technology use are very labour intensive; 80-90% of the time is spent preparing the products to be coated rather than the actual coating process itself, and therefore there is a constant need to drive efficiencies of processes to reduce preparation time.

**Main duties**:

- You will need to report equipment faults
- Further the finishing of components post coating is part of this role
- You will be in charge for cleaning and maintaining work area and equipment

The successful applicant will have machining operations experience or Manufacturing experience. They will have good practical skills, the ability to work quickly and methodically and are able to concentrate whilst conducting repetitive tasks.

They will have a demonstrable ability to deliver responsibilities in line with safety, quality, and productivity targets. They will have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
