**Role Overview and Purpose**

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HRIS Implementation Lead to manage the end-to-end implementation of our new HR Information System. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of the HRIS project, acting as the key liaison between the integration team, business process owners, and key stakeholders.

**About the Role**:
As a HRIS Implementation Lead, you will work closely with and support the Head of HR and wider project implementation team in the delivery of our new HR system implementation project. You will provide expertise to ensure the system is configured, tested, and rolled out effectively. This role is focused on implementation and project delivery

**Key Responsibilities**
**Project Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement**
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will:
Lead the HR workstream from planning through to post-launch support.
Provide leadership and oversight of the HR workstream and the team involved in this work
on the project.

Provide senior oversight to lead decision making on design and configuration decisions that enable the team to work at pace and achieve key milestones and deadlines.
Act as the main point of contact between the integration team, HR business process owners, and key stakeholders.
Provide regular progress updates to the Head of HR, Steering Group, and Project Management team, highlighting any issues or concerns that may impact the project.
Ensure smooth handover of fully implemented HR modules to the HR team.
**Data Management & Compliance**
Much of our current data is held in manual filing systems. The HRIS Implementation lead will:
Oversee data collection, cleansing, migration, of all data activities.
Ensure data integrity, security, and GDPR compliance throughout the project.
Deliver authenticated and accurate people data for system integration.
Ensure an efficient process exists for updating and maintaining large amounts of HR data in preparation for system testing, UAT and system launch with a number of go live dates to release functionality at key milestones.
**Process Design & Optimisation**
Work closely with HR, groups support departments and services to define and improve HR processes aligned with company policies and approval requirements.
Challenge existing processes to ensure efficient, future-proof solutions are implemented.
Advise senior stakeholders on HRIS best practices and process improvements.

**Team Leadership & Support**
Lead and line manage a small team of HRIS Analysts, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback which ensures delivery of the project in line with timescales.
Ensure effective delivery of project milestones and system support.
**Training & Documentation**
Develop user procedures, training materials, and documentation to support system roll out and use.
Ensure policies and procedures are updated and reflective of changes in ways of working as the HRIS solution develops and features are launched to end users.
Deliver training to a range of users across the organisation as needed.
Ensure a positive end-user experience through a self-service function and responsive support.

**Testing & Quality Assurance**
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure HR processes meet business needs and are fit for purpose.

Identify and resolve any testing and implementation issues, to ensure high-quality delivery of the system.
