As a Digital Learning Advisor, you will be developing a variety of creative digital learning products which will enable learners to grow and reach their full potential. You’ll be managing our LMS day to day by supporting learners, troubleshooting issues and developing functionality. You’ll also be identifying opportunities for new approaches and changes to existing ways of working through data and insights, in order to make our digital learning more effective, relevant, and more aligned to Signets purpose of inspiring love.

**Key Responsibilities for the role include**:

- Designing and building creative and engaging learning content and materials involving E-learning, video, graphics and animation.
- Day to day managing of our LMS system and responding to learner queries.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of digital learning and providing data and insights to stakeholders.
- Coach and train line managers to use our LMS for reporting and needs analysis.
- Managing the relationship with e-learning providers to ensure the catalogue is up to date and content relevant.

**About you**
- Understanding of online learning best practice and the ability to deliver an exceptional experience for all learners.
- Proficient at using e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, storyline and rise), and familiar with some other standard industry tools.
- Passionate about the enabling power of digital technologies and with an understanding of the full learning cycle.
- Happy working as part of a team, able to quickly build relationships and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive with lots of initiative, keen to put forward new ideas and suggestions that will support the continue development of our digital learning offer.
- Analytical and numerate, able to work with data to analyse trends and sport opportunities to improve or adapt.
- Well organised and planned, yet able to adapt quickly, able to juggle a varied workload and effectively balance changing priorities and deadlines.
