Our client is a leading provider of grounds maintenance services, dedicated to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Ground Maintenance Technician. This role offers an opportunity to work outdoors, contribute to the upkeep of landscapes, and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Grounds Maintenance**: Perform a range of grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and planting, to ensure the upkeep and attractiveness of outdoor spaces.
- ** Gardening Experience**: Utilise gardening knowledge and skills to maintain flower beds, shrubs, and hedges, ensuring they are healthy, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing.
- ** Equipment Operation**: Operate and maintain grounds maintenance equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and hedge cutters, in a safe and efficient manner.
- ** Outdoor Work**: Be comfortable working outdoors during the summer months, performing tasks in varying weather conditions to meet client needs and project deadlines.
- ** Driving**: Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to drive company vehicles to different job sites as required.
- ** Health and Safety Compliance**: Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines while performing grounds maintenance tasks, prioritising the safety of oneself and others.
- ** Client Interaction**: Interact professionally with clients and site occupants, providing updates on work progress and addressing any concerns or requests in a timely manner.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional service to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or gardening preferred.
- Possession of a valid driving licence.
- Comfortable working outdoors during the summer months.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness for performing manual tasks associated with grounds maintenance.
