**Warehouse Support**:
The position holder is required to report to the Warehouse Supervisor assisting with the administration, delivery and day to day Warehouse operations. In addition set timescale is set aside to provide support to the Procurement function.

**Key Tasks**:

- Provide warehouse support to the Warehouse Supervisor and Support Team Lead.
- Assist with goods received, checking contents and delivery documentation against orders placed
- Re-packaging of orders & deliveries. (Considering Dangerous Goods Requirements).
- Assist with the preparation of documentation, delivery notes and manifests.
- Carry out deliveries to or from customers shipping and freight forwarders.
- Ensure signatures of documentation provided to customers shipping and freight forwarders is obtained to ensure an audit trail can be demonstrated.
- Assist with Warehouse Operations and housekeeping as instructed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Compile quotations and orders from information provided by Support Team in line with procedures within quality management system.
- Co-ordinate purchase and deliveries of equipment and spare parts, to coincide with maintenance, project and customer shipping & transportation requirements.
- Co-ordinate any requirements for shipping / deliveries to or from customers.
- Assist with the administrative duties associated with the support of the team.
- Maintain and update tracking registers as required.
- Carry out other or additional Tasks within his/her competency or capability as required by Management.

- To conform to all Aramark, Client, and Statutory Health and Hygiene Standards and requirements
- Ensure all company procedures, Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards are complied with.
- To attend organised briefings, meetings, Toolbox talks and actively participates in these by constructive discussion.
- To take personal responsibility for the safety of you and your colleagues.
