**Make an Impact at RSM UK**

We are looking for a Design Executive to join our busy in-house design team on a 12 fixed-term contract, in either or London or Nottingham office. In this role you will be responsible for creating exceptional brand collateral across digital and print media channels with a focus on our Consulting service line.

Reporting into the Design Manager and working closely with brand and marketing teams, you will coordinate a wide variety of design projects across the business delivered within the framework of the global visual identity system.

This is a highly varied role, and you will have developed great skills already in managing a varied portfolio of projects across numerous stakeholders, with strong communication skills to proactively keep everything on track.

You’ll make an impact by:

- Creating design concepts for our campaigns and initiatives to be used with all channels including our website, social media, adverts and bespoke information memorandums
- Working within the global brand guidelines to create visual elements, illustrations, charts and infographics which effectively communicate our key messages
- Collaborating on multiple projects of varying complexities, meeting the deadlines and supporting team members
- Working alongside multi-disciplinary teams to ensure solutions meet with our strategic marketing and design objectives and help to support best practice across all visual and designed collateral

**What we are looking for**:

- 3+ years of industry experience (mid-weight level)
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and awareness of industry trends
- Strong working knowledge of (CC) Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Solid understanding of digital creative marketing and the ability to adapt across different channels, and particularly in optimising for a mobile audience where necessary
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities, collaborate and manage deadlines and the ability to organise your work within a design job booking process
- A design pioneer, curious and not afraid to take risks, with a keen eye for detail, and a passion for keeping on top of industry trends to keep us ahead of our competition.
