An exciting opportunity has become available for an Administrator within the IT Operations department, responsible for maintaining the new Addison Lee Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
As the CRM Administrator, you’ll ensure that all the data is accurate and up to date and manage all tickets about issues that are raised by internal Addison Lee CRM users. You’ll be expected to work collaboratively with other technical teams and 3rd party support supplier in the case of service recovery.
You will develop good working relationships with business stakeholders to be the trusted, go-to person for CRM items, and is an excellent opportunity to work across several departments including Marketing, Sales and Contact center.
**Main Accountabilities**
Work alongside the Solution Lead on the CRM project delivery
Supporting day to day CRM user enquires and requests
Answer tickets and help with the overall running of the system
Monitoring the overall health of the system
Understand and advise on CRM best practice
Create supporting dashboards and workflows to support the business
Manage any system updates with 3rd party service partner
**Requirements**:
Experienced in working in a support role
Familiar with CRM systems
Attention to detail, proficient problem solving and the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication skills including the ability to deal with senior stakeholders
Ability to articulate issues to second and third tier support
An appreciation of environment management, release management, code management, and versioning best practices
Experience in working in an agile environment essential, preferably using toolsets such as JIRA and Confluence
Experience with a leading CRM system a plus
Experience using any of the Freshworks products is desirable
Have a great team working style with a collaborative outlook on working
Ability to work alongside Sales and Marketing teams
