**The Role**:

Due to continued and exciting growth across all functions of the business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior IT Account Manager to join our vibrant team.
The Senior IT Account Manager will have initial responsibility for building and nurturing our existing and new customers into an established portfolio. With the support of our Marketing, Pre-Sales & Technical teams, you will undertake a consultative sales approachto ensure Krome’s solutions & services meet and exceed the client’s requirements.
**Senior IT Account Manager Responsibilities**:

- Quickly develop an understanding of Krome’s technical solutions and offerings
- Opportunity spot within existing accounts to further develop our range of services to clients across all sectors
- Be a strong sales farmer who maintains and nurtures longstanding trusted client relations
- Manage the sales process with a tight control over each stage
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions through cross-team collaboration
- Manage pipeline and KPI’s, through effective use of our CRM and associated systems, to ensure consistent and long-term success
- Collaborate with the wider team to identify and grow opportunities
- Keep up to date with market and industry trends
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
**Senior IT Account Manager Requirements**:

- Proven ability to use consultative and influencing selling techniques
- Proven ability to learn quickly in a very fast-paced environment
- IT sales background essential
- Team player - ability to interact with teammates and partners, fairly and respectfully
- Be proactive / results-driven with strong problem-solving skills
- Must work well in an entrepreneurial environment; be a self-starter, and a visionary seller
- Engaging communication skills - excellent written and spoken English essential
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft’s Office Suite of products (Word & Excel in particular)
- Local commuting distance to our HQ in Chertsey (Surrey) is highly desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence preferable

**Salary**: £40,000+ Basic + Competitive Commission
