Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and organizing community events and activities
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
- Maintain a clean and welcoming community environment
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Assist with leasing and marketing efforts, including conducting tours of the property
- Collect and process rental payments from residents
- Enforce community rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable living experience for all residents
- Assist with move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws is a plus

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
