Roco Events Ltd are looking for hard working people with sale experience and great customer service skills to work with the Disney on ice merchandise staff at Resort World Arena Birmingham (NEC). from the 26th Nov—4th Dec. Disney's DREAM BIG. is a great new action pact show with a great line of merchandise and food items that the customers can identify with which makes for good sales and a fast moving environment. The food items that sell are Popcorn, Candy floss and Snow-cones. Other merchandise items are toys, plush, programs, lights, etc. Staff will be given training and job roles from the Disney sales manager at the beginning of the event (this may include vending in the seating area of the arena). Applicants must be 17+ experienced in retail/sales, be well presented, punctual, outgoing and confident handling people and money/cards. All applicants must be CLEAN SHAVEN and have no facial piercings on show as this is requested from Disney on ice. Dress code you will need is white long sleeve shirt, black shoes/trainers and black trousers (No leggings). “APPROX” hours/shifts to be worked are as follows: SAT 26TH 08.00---20.30. SUN 27TH 09.00---17.00. WED 30TH 16.30---20.30. THUR 1ST 16.30---20.30. FRI 2ND 16.30---20.30. SAT 3RD 08.30---20.30. SUN 4TH 08.30---16.30. Applicants "MUST" be able to work all shifts listed above. The rate of pay is £9.50 an hour for all ages. Wages are paid by bank transfer with-in 24 hours of finishing last shift. We only have a certain amount of positions to fill for this event so We have other shows and events coming to BIRMINGHAM so all applicants who are hired and do a great job and are rated highly by the sales manager will be automatically asked if they would like to work again with our company.
