**Live-In Handyman & Landscaper - Cotswolds (3-Month Contract, Potential to Extend)**
**Location**: Cotswolds - Large, desirable village with mainline train station, thriving pubs, restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a practical, self-sufficient **Handyman & Landscaper** to help maintain a **large family home with outbuildings and a 1-acre plot**. This role is ideal for someone with experience in **gardening, landscaping, and general property maintenance**, who enjoys working independently and taking initiative.

**Responsibilities**:

- General **gardening and landscaping** (planting, pruning, maintaining lawns and borders).

**- Designing and building** small outdoor structures (e.g., a wood store, shed, fencing).
- Basic **handyman repairs** and property maintenance.
- Assisting with outdoor upkeep, including occasional painting, tidying, and improvements.
- Keeping tools and work areas organised.

**Requirements**:

- Practical experience in **gardening, landscaping, and handyman tasks**.
- Ability to work **independently** and manage tasks proactively.
- Comfortable with **basic carpentry and outdoor maintenance**.
- Full UK driving license (preferred but not essential).
