**We are looking for a Digital Analytics expert, with a passion for data and problem solving, to join our growing Performance team here at CreativeRace.**:
Supporting the overall day-to-day operations for digital analytics clients. The role will require you to be an organised and process driven individual to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and keep several projects at different stages moving forward. This is a highly varied role spanning a number of different client sectors and needs. We are looking for a strong and proven, hands-on technically-driven Analytics Lead.

Reporting to the Managing Partner and working closely with our Head of SEO and Head of Media Strategy, you’ll be a self-starter who can identify opportunities to improve the performance of our clients’ digital platforms. Prioritisation, assessing value and communicating the benefits of your recommendations are key attributes.

**Role Summary**:

- Lead the day-to-day analytics operations and requirements for all our digital performance clients.
- The primary measure of the Analytics Lead is based around the strength of client feedback we receive on our work & our service.
- The ultimate goal of the Analytics Lead is to drive client loyalty to the agency by identifying, assessing the value of, prioritising and communicating the opportunities to improve the performance of our clients’ digital reporting platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analytics solution implementation and auditing for new and existing clients (GA4, Adobe Analytics).
- Set up of custom event tracking in tag management solutions.
- Build and maintain bespoke client and internal reporting primarily in Looker Studio.
- Provide analytics platform training to clients and support their ongoing requirements.
- Confidently work with client’s web developers to implement tracking solutions.
- Support the Performance team internally with analytics requests.
- Be a source of consultation for clients when analytics queries arise.
- Contribute to team knowledge growth.
- Keep up to date with industry and market developments.

**Skills**:

- 5+ years experience of working within a digital or integrated agency, across multiple business sectors.
- Expert in Google’s suite of tools, including GA4, GTM and Looker Studio.
- Be able to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Appetite to learn from the wider team and get involved in shaping future processes.
- Experience using tools such as BigQuery, PowerBI and Funnel.io
- Organised and process driven individual with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
