Rhenus Home Delivery provides a 2-person home delivery service to customers around the UK. We offer quality, professionalism, reliability and excellent service when dealing with our customers.
**What we are looking for?**
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- To access and use an in-house Transport Management System
- Utilise a variety of excel spreadsheets inputting accurate data
- To assist and support in all areas of general administration within a warehouse, planning and customer service environment
- Answering calls coming into the warehouse from suppliers, clients, customers and other depots
- To assist with Depot claims and investigations
- Investigating queries for our customers, such as missing stock items and customer claims.
- Assist Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Shift Managers with inputting financial data
- Raising purchase order requests accurately
- Adhere to all Health & Safety Policies for the warehouse
- To provide information and support to the Call Centre and Customer Services team in a timely fashion when requested in order to answer client and/or customer queries or assist in peak periods
- To assist with Stock enquiries and Audits when appropriate
- Other Duties - This list is not exhaustive and any other duties as advised to be carried out in an accurate and timely manner as skill sets develop.
**Role requirements**
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Strong IT skills with the ability to Operate Word, Excel and Outlook
- High level of organisation and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy of data submitted
- Ability to adapt to different processes and tasks
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- GCSE English and Math or equivalent
- IT GCSE or equivalent
- NVQ in Business Administration or similar preferred, but not essential
- Previous administration experience is preferred

**Salary**: £23,000 per annum
