**Qualified Early Years Assistant Required for Diggers Forest School**

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

South Harting, Petersfield GU31 5QG

Must be qualified to minimum of Level 3 Early Years Educator (or Equivalent)

Do you like playing in mud in all weathers, all year round?

Would you enjoy activities such as year-round learning walks identifying local flora, using tools, treats cooked on an open fire, whittling, and tying knots?

Can you show genuine enthusiasm when a young child discovers their 25th slug/snail/worm on a walk in the rain or picks up a stick and calls it a wand, a monster, a dragon tooth, a dinosaur bone, or a pirate’s telescope?

Are you willing to sing and dance outside, regardless of being in tune, whilst wearing 7 layers for warmth, waterproof outer layers, hat, and gloves?

Can you focus on fun and allow yourself to be led by the children into their imaginative world?

Can you use the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and help ensure it is embedded throughout the day?
