**About the role**

As a Cloud Support Team Leader you will be responsible for the management and performance of the 2nd Line Engineers. As a team leader you will uphold an excellent line of communication at all times with team members.

There will be a requirement for NPPV3 and SC clearance for the role.

**What will you bring?**
- Ability to ensure teams work to contracted SLA’s with clients
- Experience of managing a team of IT engineers
- Experience in managing rotas/schedules for a team
- Excellent self-driven time management skills applied when delivering support services
- Ability to adapt to new and unfamiliar technologies quickly
- Excellent personal management skills relating to conduct, timekeeping and delivery against commitments
- Contribute to new ideas for support and managed services
- Manage the performance and development of 2nd line engineers
- Communicating internally and externally in regards to support issues, escalations, and action plans to resolve customer issues
