Procurement Assistant

Hospo Talent are currently working with our client who are based in Motherwell looking for a part time procurement assistant to help with the administration of goods ordered.
**Role Description**
You will be involved in all administration relating to procurement from ordering from suppliers to ensuring that the goods are received on time, you will also communicate delays to the relevant department. You will also input all purchase invoices accurately and identify any invoice queries and working to resolve them. In your role you will be responsible for:
- Raising purchase orders
- Order and stock management.
- Cost-saving and trend analysis
- Inputting purchase invoices
- Ensuring departmental liaison
**Essential Skills**:
- Managing, developing, and maintaining good supplier relationships
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Team-player
- Able to demonstrate initiative, be adaptable and flexible
- Good negotiation abilities
- Confident with IT and Microsoft products Excel, Word and Outlook
**What they can offer you**:
- Part Time Hours

- Hourly Rate £13 to £15 per hour.
