This successful plumbing contractor is looking for experienced new-build Plumbers to join them on sites in Oldham.

This contractor works solely on residential new-build sites and experience of 1st and 2nd fix plumbing and heating installations in this sector is essential.

**About you**
- You will be a fully qualified plumber with demonstrable experience of completing 1st and 2nd fix works on large residential new build sites and you’ll have a valid CSCS card
- A Gas qualification would be reflected in your salary / rate
- Experience of heat source pumps etc would be an advantage

**Offered in return;**
- Generous salary / rate up to £40k+ (dependant upon contract) or price work or self-employed
- Full time
- Permanent or price work or subcontractor / self-employed - to suit you
- Vehicle and fuel card (with perm contract)
- 28 days paid holidays (inc bank hols) (with perm contract)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£39,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
