**Job Type**: FULL TIME MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS

Woodfloor Warehouse is a fast growing retail firm specialising in Laminate, Engineered and Solid floors. We are one of the largest wood flooring show rooms in the UK & Ireland.

**Summary of Role.**

As a retail sales advisor you will be required to deliver exceptional customer service and take pride in what you do. You will be fully trained in all our products and able to provide knowledge on all flooring and accessories.You will be using a calculator to work out room areas to provided a quotation to customers. You will work along side a small team to achieve sales targets and help maintain the workload in the warehouse. Lifting boxes is required.

Full training provided, no previous floor experience needed.

- Experience of working to achieve targets and enthusiasm to drive our business forward and to achieve personal targets
- Advise customers on suitable products, identify and maximise sales opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service based role
- Ability to calculate measurements and provide quotations
- GCSE Maths & GCSE English or equivalent
- Assist customers with collecting orders. Box lifting is required.
- Flexibility to work Thursday evenings and weekends
