Position: Site Manager
Type: Temporary Contract

Location: Aberdeen, Scotland

Our client is a specialist SFS contractor delivering a sub-contract package on a major building project in Aberdeen. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team and manage the site operations for a minimum duration of 8 weeks but couldgo up to 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Manage and supervise a team of site operatives, ensuring that they are working efficiently and safely in compliance with main contractor processes.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety policies and procedures
- Liaise with the main contractor Site Management team and other sub-contractors to ensure that the project is delivered to the required standard
- Monitor progress and provide regular reports on site activities and project milestones
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are ordered and delivered to site in a timely manner
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project
- Completion of all required paperwork

Key Requirements:

- Previous demonstrable experience in a site management role on a construction project
- Experience working with SFS systems or cladding/steel frame experience
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications are essential

There is start available from Monday 13th March and this role can be worked Ltd Co, CIS Umbrella or PAYE.
