Our client, a leading global organization with offices in Spain and Germany are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager for their Amersham office.
The Office Manager will mainly be supporting Sales & Service oriented tasks, with some HR related duties as well.

Regular presence in the office is needed, but with the possibility to work from home from time to time.

**ROLE**:
Supporting the UK Commercial team with sales and service administrative activities i.e. putting together quotes, assisting with tender processes, service reports.
Providing telephone support for customers and keeping them updated on their order.
Processing service reports for the UK service team and putting them into the ERP system.
Assisting in the daily management of SLA’s within the service department.
Miscellaneous administrative duties supporting the business requirements.
Managing daily incoming and outgoing post.
Collaborating with the HR department to maintain employee data.
Supporting the HR Office in Germany with payroll, bonus calculations and benefits as well as with time and leave management and submitting to an outsourced payroll provider.
Cooperating with the finance teams to ensure all wage tax, insurance requirements and payroll related topics are maintained.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of human resource rules and regulations
Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Full Time - Monday to Friday
