**SEN Tutor** Engage Education are currently working with a special school in Barnsley who are looking for a SEN Tutor to work with students who are not currently accessing education at school.

This role will be based on site at school however you will be delivering virtual lessons to students who are currently working from home.

You will need experience of delivering lessons virtually to young people who are disengaged with education.

Your Role:

- Supporting learners on a one-to-one basis
- Delivering lessons online
- Providing feedback to teachers and parents and other stakeholders
- You will be assisting pupils with Complex Communication and Autism, SEMH, ADHD, Severe Learning Difficulties and other Learning Disabilities

What you will need:

- A range of behaviour management techniques
- To have worked with learners with a range of needs
- The ability to engage a young person in learning through a range of methods
- To be able to commit to working with young people for a period of time to ensure consistency of learning
- A resilient attitude
