We’re looking for a vibrant & engaging Activities Co-ordinatorto bring even more joy & kindness to our wonderful Somerset care home, Oaktree Court.

Rated Good by the CQC, Oaktree Court is set in over 12 acres of incredible Somerset countryside.

The day to day & your experience
- With the support of your Oaktree Court team, you will work closely with your residents & their families to provide an imaginative & varied activity & events programme.
- Through a person-centered approach, you will provide both group & 121 activities to stimulate mind, body & soul.
- You will champion our ‘Continue Being Me’ philosophy, creating unique and highly personal experiences for residents.
- You will empower & support your residents to achieve even the smallest of conquests through encouraging choice, independence.
- With unparalleled kindness, you will thrive in helping your residents with their everyday needs.
- Highly organised, you have excellent attention to detail & a willingness to learn.
- You’ll easily develop strong & rewarding relationships with everyone at Oaktree Court, families, health professionals & your local community.
- As part of the role, you may be required to work some weekends.
