Study Coordinator

We are seeking to appoint a Study Coordinator 1 to join our dedicated clinical team in Merseyside, Liverpool.

This is an extremely busy department, this role would best suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced working environment and has a keen eye for the details.

The core hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 16:30, however, for this role there may be a requirement to work out of business hours to accommodate study needs.

The focus of this role is to:

- To gain experience of the clinical trial process and become proficient in all aspects of clinical trial coordination
- To carry out clinical trial procedures in accordance with ICH GCP.

**KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:

- BSc Biomedical science or equivalent in a related field (essential)
- Experience in any one or more of the following (essential):

- _* Laboratory sample preparation and storage_
- _* Taking patient vitals and venipuncture/phlebotomy_
- _* Healthcare/Support Worker_
- _* Administrative duties, data entry and record keeping_

**PHYSICAL, WORK ENVIRONMENT, TRAVEL DEMANDS**:

- Potentially long periods standing.

- Ability to travel between sites if required.
