Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a Legal 500 firm, based in **Walsall**, who are in need a **Property Lawyer**to join their team **Conveyancing team**. This is an fantastic opportunity to commit long term to a client focused and well established firm.

**ROLE**: Property Lawyer

**LOCATION**: Walsall

**SALARY**: £41,000+

**Qualification**: Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer

The Role:

- Deal with your own Conveyancing caseload from start to completion
- Provide an excellent service to both new and existing clients
- Handle a full caseload of both Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchase files from inception to completion

The Person:

- Someone with a minimum of 4+ years' PQE and Residential Conveyancing law
- Someone who is client focused and committed to the strong local connections the business has developed and nurtured over the years
- Have strong professional integrity and strive to deliver the best possible service to clients

Bonuses:

- Holidays: 31 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays) per year
- Yearly appraisals, Quarterly Supervisions, open door policy
- Pay Reviews: Annually
- Free Car Parking
- Performance related Bonus Scheme.

We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
