The Lost Estate (TLE) seeks an experienced and outstanding Bartender, to join our fast-growing guest experience team of bartenders and waiters in a hands-on, customer facing role, for our immersive performance and dining experience.

**Working Hours**:Fixed Term Contract

**Employment Duration**:This is a fixed-term position aligned with the duration of Paradise Under the Stars, our new show centred around the Tropicana Club in 1950's Havana. The role will commence asap and run until late October 2025 with the option to join us for future shows.

You will produce exceptional cocktails in an efficient manner and deliver a world-class hospitality experience that captures the spirit and ambition of TLE productions.

You will uphold the licensable objectives and be responsible for delivering the standards of service, and the complexity of the menu, asset out by the Bars Manager and Hospitality Manager.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Day to day running of the bar
- Effective wastage control through our EPOS system
- Quality control of the all drinks prepared
- Adhering to cleaning standards set by the bar manager, on shift and at close downs
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through actively seeking feedback and resolving complaints
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our drink offerings, including cocktails, wines, and other beverages.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by actively participating in staff incentives and fostering a supportive work environment.

**Role Requirements**

**Essential**
- Minimum 3 years Hospitality experience
- Cocktail trained with a passion for drink innovation
- An excellent and efficient communicator.
- Experience working with company compliance procedure and licensing legislation
- Passion for bartending and beverage service.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Pay: £15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
