We have an exiting opportunity for a 12 Month fixed term post as research assistant.
We are looking to recruit a highlight motivated practitioner to work within the Learning Disability Service across South/East Cheshire. The post holder will work as a Research Assistant for the Centre for Autism, Neurodevelopmental Disorders and Intellectual Disabilities (CANDDID). The post holder will have a minimum of 2.1 degree.
Access to transport for work purposes is essential as the post holder will be required to travel across Cheshire and Wirral as part of their role.
This post will be a fixed term contract for a 1 year period research project on the Dynamic Support Tool for Physical Health.
The Research Assistant will provide clinical and administrative support to the clinical research team, ensuring the safe conduct of research within the Trust.
The Research Assistant will assist with the management of research study on the Dynamic Support Tool - Physical Health.

All new clinical support staff will be required to have completed or working towards the Care Certificate (CWP In-house 2 day training to be completed within 6 months of start date).
Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. Please note that DBS costs will be waived for applicants who are being recruited for COVID-19 reasons.
