The Role

The key Objective is to offer our finance products to our target markets and secure finance on their behalf through our panel of funders. The net rate of finance secured via our panel of funders and the difference between rate of finance sold to our customers is known as our fee Income. The internal sales person is measured by the level of fee income generated, the business expects within 12 months of starting the role the internal sales person should be billing between 15-20k per month.

To generate fee income the focus is:

- To Target Prospective Business Owners (End Users) to discuss their Finance requirements.
- To Target Prospective Equipment Vendors (Suppliers) to discuss integrating finance into their sales offering.
- To Target Equipment Manufacturers to discuss them adopting a finance scheme to offer to their network of resellers
- You will be expected to generate your own business.
- KPIs consists of making approx. 60 dials a day to achieve all the aboThe ve

The Responsibilities

Telesales & Marketing

End User:
Any leads generated by Marketing are to be contacted immediately and all actions to be recorded on Salesforce with a follow up scheduled.

All proposals of business to be processed via our panel of lenders and all activity recorded in our CRM.

All leasing paperwork to be raised and received and packaged accordingly for the operations team to process and activate.

Supplier:

- Any leads generated by Marketing are to be contacted immediately and all actions to be recorded on Salesforce with a follow up scheduled.
- Attend meetings where necessary.

To onboard a supplier, we will need the following actions to be carried out
- Finance rate Chart to be compiled with commissions and set up on Sprint via Operations
- Arrange for Mobile app to be issued via Operations
- Trading agreement to be raised and signed by the Directors of the Supplier

If a white labelled lease Doc is required, it is the internal Sales persons responsibility to obtain the suppliers logo, Pantone colours and company profile. Request is then passed to Operations team to create document.
