Cotswold Spa Hospital is looking for a highly motivated chef/cook to work alongside our Head Chef.

Join our kitchen team at Cotswold Spa Hospital to prepare and cook meals for our client group of young people between the ages of 13 and 25.

**Your responsibilities will include:**
- Prepare and cook meals to a high standard
- Maintain storage procedures and stock rotation
- Comply with Health & Safety legislation maintaining a high standard of hygiene and adhering to cleaning schedules.

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- GCSE or equivalent English
- A comprehensive level of numeracy
- City & Guilds 706/1 and 2 (or equivalent) Basic Food Preparation Cooking
- Basic Food Hygiene (essential)
- Intermediate Food hygiene (desirable)
- Good communication skills and the ability to cope under pressure
- Experience and knowledge in menu planning and costing
- Flexibility - hours to be discussed to cover weekdays and weekends
