??** What You’ll Do**
As our Service Delivery Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between our customers, vendors, and internal teams — ensuring every service request is handled efficiently and with a smile. Your day will be varied, fast-paced, and rewarding.
Key responsibilities:
- Arrange and confirm bookings with our trusted vendors.
- Keep customers updated and ensure their requests are completed on time.
- Proactively follow up on services to make sure everything runs like clockwork.
- Prepare and send out vendor schedules and manage service data accurately.
- Solve customer challenges confidently and keep communication flowing between customers, vendors, and our internal teams.
- Support our commitment to Health & Safety and compliance across all service operations.
