**FC Corporate Finance** is an established chartered accountancy practice specialising in corporate finance, including in mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, structured finance, transactional services, and relationship advice.

**FC Business Support** is an established chartered accountancy practice that undertakes statutory accounting and tax for SME’s, management accounting, budgetting, financial and administration support.

We require a trainee accountant to join our team working across FC Corporate Finance and FC Business Support. Duties will include:

- Preparation of statutory accounts, tax computations, individual and corporate tax returns and VAT returns.
- Management accounting for clients.
- Spreadsheet modelling and financial analysis.
- Researching corporate finance targets and markets.

Our small team is extremely hardworking but the atmosphere is very informal. We are highly selective about the work we take on and this is reflected in the quality of experience our staff obtain.
