We are looking to recruit a Payroll Specialist to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and take overall responsibility in ensuring all payroll matters are handled with great care and in full compliance with all aspects of legislation whilst maintaining a positive relationship with each payroll stakeholder.

**The Payroll Specialist/Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for (but not limited to)**:

- Experience of end-to-end payroll processing, including complex payroll processes and legislation
- Working knowledge of the current payroll and taxation legislation
- Experience of auto enrolment administration including re-enrolment
- Excel skills and a solid experience in data analysis
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
- Experience in managing client expectations and resolving any issues raised

**About You**:

- A leader of your work and your professional learning
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively impact and influence others
- Previous experience of working with IRIS Payroll Professional/PayCircle payroll software would be advantageous although not essential.
- Relevant experience in this or a similar role is preferred
