Macklin Care Homes are currently recruiting Senior Care Assistants to join their friendly, caring, and progressive Our Ladys Care Home

This is a vital role within the Home, working as a team to lead the delivery of excellent care to much-loved residents.

**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and work collaboratively with the care team to deliver excellent quality, person-centered care to all residents
- Enrich the lives of residents through the organisation and delivery of activities
- Proactively encourage and develop team members
- Ensure all documentation is completed in line with Home procedures
- Assist in inducting new team members into their role and the Home
- Advocate and promote the company mission, vision, and values
- Supporting the nursing team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

**A satisfactory enhanced AccessNI check will be required for this post.**

- Excellent leadership skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in caring role
- Excellent communicator at all levels
