**The Role**
As an Junior Merchandiser, you’ll play a key role in helping to manage and grow our online sales channels. This is a varied role that would suit someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about animals and online retail.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Uploading and updating product listings across multiple platforms (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Shopify)
- Writing engaging and accurate product descriptions
- Assisting with online promotions, pricing, and merchandising
- Helping with content creation, including product imagery and basic editing
- Supporting the marketing team with newsletters and social media campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an e-commerce or retail environment (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Amazon Seller Central)
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Passion for pets and knowledge of pet products is a strong plus

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
