We have been manufacturing quality building products since 1819 when we opened our first clay brick factory in Vienna, Austria. Wienerberger are the world's largest producer of bricks and are No. 1 on the clay roof tiles market in Europe. Boasting 204 plants across 30 countries, our presence in the UK is currently larger than at any point in our 200 year history, employing c.1,300 people across our Head Office, 4 showrooms, 13 manufacturing sites and 6 distribution centres, and a further c.700 people across our 1 office and 3 manufacturing sites within BPD and FloPlast. We manufacture in excess of 400 products including bricks, roof tiles, construction membranes and piping solutions for the homebuilding, renovation and built environment markets, supported by our commitment to safety, quality and sustainability.

**Our Role**

**Key Objectives and Responsibilities**
- Cover of the sales order inbox
- Provide holiday cover for the Customer Services Collections Administrator
- Ensure that all documentation and processes are completed within the set timeframes and accurately cross checked
- Work closely with your team members maintaining an excellent relationship with Despatch and Field Sales
- Encourage and attribute to an environment of continuous improvement
- Regular communication with customers and key stakeholders
- Ensure that all paperwork relating to any collections is both accurate and images that of the original order before the collection is made. This includes quantities, colours and product profiles
- Ensure loading instructions are accurate and passed to the relevant loader / foreman
- Ensure all orders are despatched in full and to the customer’s requirements
- Assist with the PGI (Post Goods Issue) for all UK collections and remedy any stock or batching issues that may arise
- Regularly update the collection files for all manufacturing and distribution sites and prepare the orders for electronic scanning
- Maintain the goods-in drivers schedule including all raw materials
- Liaise with all drivers at the counter (delivery and collection) issuing loading paperwork and checked delivery notes
- General filing
- Update the system with feedback from samples despatched
- Make internal and external calls to customers in a professional manner (sales opportunities and provide technical information
- To answer the phone in a professional manner ensuring that abandoned calls are kept to the absolute minimum
- Provide holiday cover for the Customer Services Collections Administrator

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience of working in a busy sales office and delivering first class customer service.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Packages (Word, Outlook, Excel etc)
- Team working
- Attention to detail
- Building relationships both internally and externally
- Have a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work looking to overcome problems and ensure effective solutions
- Experience of SAP is desirable but not essential

**Hours of Work: 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday**
