**HST Hiring Group - Accounts Assistant - £26,000 - £28,000 - FLEXIBLE HOURS**

HST Hiring group are delighted to be seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our clients team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial operations of our organisation.

**Duties**:

- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments
- Weekly Payroll
- Bank Reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare financial reports and assist with financial analysis as needed
- Provide support to the finance team in various administrative tasks

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Xero, PeopleSoft, Sage, Workday, QuickBooks, or other accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Familiarity with financial services and basic accounting principles
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
