Candid is currently in the process of expanding their complaince team to include further assistance with the monitoring of calls to ensure the quality of advice is kept to the highest standards. This all contributes to the success of and delivery of results set by the team captain and Senior Management in delivering exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities of a Compliance Administrator**:

- Using an existing QA process to manage and monitor the sales calls made by protection advisors
- Marking the calls against a set scoring sheet
- Providing constructive and coherent feedback on calls
- Working with the compliance team to help with delivering weekly feedback to senior management

**Skills and Experience for a Compliance Administrator**:

- No experience required - Full training given
- Attention to detail
- Organised and able to manage their day
- Confident and personable
- Good communication skills
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond

Working Location: Bristol, Aztec west

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30-4:30

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
