OVERVIEW:

- An exciting new opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a thriving team.
- This role will suit a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
- You will work closely with your colleagues to progress a range of residential conveyancing transactions from start to end, and you will be expected to complete the checking aspects of files.
- You will undertake specialist or technical research and analysis, support compliance, third party relationships and demonstrate effective delegation of procedural, clerical, and administrative tasks as appropriate.
- Whilst no employee management is required, you will be expected to demonstrate good leadership and assist others in the team with more complex work on matters.
- You must have a robust knowledge of the legal services industry along with experience of case management and managing a portfolio of conveyancing work.
- You will be accountable for organising your own workload and make independent decisions relating to the area of your responsibility.
- You must be able to communicate effectively on every level; you are on the front line of customer communications and must set the example to other staff in the delivery of exceptional customer service.
