**_ What you'll do_**

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

- As a Rooms Graduate, you will work towards becoming a future leader of our hotels You will spend 12 months learning every aspect of the Rooms Division while shadowing our leadership team
- Whilst you will spend 12 months in two of our operational departments (two rotations of 6 months each) such as our Guest Services, Guest Relations, or with our Housekeeping team; you will have the opportunity to be involved in other aspects of the business such as employee events. Each graduate will also receive a buddy and a mentor to guide them through their year with us.
