**What will I be doing?**

As a Sales Advisor, is an essential role within the branch network, you will build relationships with customers and understand their wider requirements in order to maximise sales growth. You will be in regular contact with our customers and therefore you play a huge part in delivering a fantastic customer experience. In order to support our customers and deliver a great service you will;
Contribute towards an excellent customer experience and work towards branch sales and profit targets by;
- Maximising customer interactions to support achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross-selling relevant products offering specific product advice
- Developing new customer accounts and lapsed accounts
- Realising full potential of all customer interactions and build strong, effective relationships with customers and suppliers, managing feedback accordingly
- Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion
- Supporting all company initiatives
- Following plans to continuously improve customer experience
- Understanding local market issues and communicate to Manager to support sales growth plans
- Advise customers on trading terms and conditions and information in relation to customer accounts and credit levels
- Create value only credits.

Skills/Experience required
- Previous experience in customer focused role, ideally with a focus on sales.
- Passion for delivering great customer service
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative as part of a team
- Demonstrable experience in building relationships with customers and colleagues
