**As a Carer, your responsibilities will include**:

- Attending to clients care needs in accordance with their person-centred care plan
- Interacting with clients appropriately, whilst maintaining boundaries, safety and dignity
- Supporting all aspects of daily living, EG personal care, hygiene, dressing, feeding etc
- Assisting people with varying levels of independence to lead fulfilling lives
- Following all standards and regulations
- Participating in development EG relevant policies, evaluation & care plans

**We are looking for a Carer who has the following skills and experiences**:

- Experience in Carer position & a QCF Diploma Level 2 is desirable
- A driving license and access to own vehicle & flexible with working unsociable hours
- Remains calm & in control in challenging situations & exercises compliance to requirements
- Honest, trustworthy reliable and acts in an open and transparent manner
- Naturally warm-natured, supportive, empathetic & compassionate
- Ability to work on their own initiative strives for personal development

**In return, the successful Carer will receive a salary of £12.00 per hour, plus excellent company benefits and perks including**:
